Thank you to all of you who registered on Cup Day. The special rate offered to you has ended as of September 30th, 2008. For those of you who did not receive a receipt at Cup Day. We are in the process of producing them and will be mailing them to you over the next few weeks.

EARLY REGISTRATION FOR 2009 OUTDOOR SEASON

For any of you who missed the Cup Day registration. A new early registration form is now posted on our web site. This special amount will only be offered to you until December 31st, 2008. To take advantage of this special offer you must have the completed registration forms and payment mailed to our office and post marked prior to that date. Anyone interested in being a Coach, Referee or Linesmen please complete the forms on our web site and mail them in as well.

We do cap each age group with a certain number of team’s. All spaces are filled on a first come first served basis, some age groups are filling quickly.

2008 AGM

At the Ajax Community Centre – Admiral’s Room on Thursday December 4th, 2008 at 6pm.

Current members in good standing wanting to attend must register with the Club by either phone or email by 6pm Thursday November 27th, 2008.

CUP DAY 2008

Thank you to all of the student and adult volunteers for your help this year at our cup day. Unfortunately this year was our first time in 8 years that we experienced rain at our annual event. Since you are all soccer players, those that showed up did not let the rain deter the enthusiasm during the trophy presentations.

PLAYERS

For those of you that were unable to attend cup day and did not receive your trophy please contact your coach to arrange the pick up of your awards.


COACHES

Thanks once again for the efforts you put forth this past season for our clubs children. If you did not receive any extra trophies for the players that were unable to attend,  please contact the club with the quantity of players missed and your final 2008 ranking (participant, runner up or league champ). Also if you are a coach of a Tim Bit team let us know the number of medals you require.
